globalTurf is a home grown business serving residential and commercial markets. My name is Vince Belmonte. As operations manager, together with my wife Emilie, we head the globalTurf team. My professional experience started in the lawn care industry working for a leading Canadian company known as Weed Man. Applying weed control sprays, insecticides and lawn fertilizing treatments, I gained valuable experience as a lawn technician working in the field.

 

Moving on from residential applications, I started a career in the facility maintenance field for a large worldwide organization known as the YMCA. With a wider range of responsibilities in the commercial lawn care industry, mowing, trimming, edging and other seasonal work was a daily experience. After 8 years in the maintenance field, I was able to bring valuable ideas into the lawn care industry.
